So much on my mind

I feel like I have so much I want to talk about and I can not focus on what I want to talk about today.  Here are some of my jumbles thoughts: visit with my mom, my dad, and my sister's family, my eating habits with my family, trying to adjust to my new way of eating, tons to do, wanting to start a summer fun list, swim class failure (mommy doubts), and my boys. 

Wow, the fact that all of these things are on my mind and that I can't pin point one of them, tells me that I am either too tired, I'm a mom, or I really just have a lot to get off my chest.  What do you do when your brain gets jumbled?  Any moms out there feel this chaotic right now?
